Has anyone gone to the Dublin Cookery School? I was thinking of doing a 1 week course and want some feedback first.

Has anybody done any cooking classes lately. Was thinking of doing one in September and I was wondering if anybody would recommend any (town or south side). Would be interested in finding out

You could try your local community school.

I did an evening course in Italian cooking in my local school- it was good, but very basic.

It was cheap though - €100 for 8 weeks and all the ingredients were supplied which was handy!
