Tattoos and Bio Oil

I got a tattoo 3 weeks ago, and for the last week put bio oil on (not for the first two weeks) and it seemed to help the skin recover pretty well with no adverse affects.... I also found calendula cream works well - again not for immediate use after tattoo. Just got more work done on it yesterday so will be unsing tattoo goo again initially and then the others... Bare in mind I'm no expert - just they seem to have worked for me
