getting furniture over from england

    basically, i am moving back over to ireland after spending some years in england and i wanted to bring my furniture with me
    i was thinking about just hiring a van and getting the boat over, but the price of the tickets almost give me a heart attack
    i suppose i am too used to flying over with ryanair for 20 quid

    anyway, i was wondering if there was another way to do it
    i want to bring over a bed, sofa, table and chairs, stuff like that
    i could sell them over in england but i dont want the hassle really, and i will only end up having to buy more stuff when i get home again
    if i have to get the boat i will, but i just dont want do that without seeing if there are any other options
