Printing a Magazine?

I'm not sure if this is the right board, if not apologies. I'm looking to print 200 copies of a 34 A5 page magazine (17 back to back pages). Can anyone recommend a printer for me? Also what sort of prices will I be looking at?

What part of the world are you in and is this a black & white only job or is there colour involved?
