I need to come up with a few questions for play your cards right.

Eg.
We asked 100 driving instructors, have you ever cut the lesson short for your own safety.
How many said yes, they have cut the lesson short for their own safety?

I would be very great full if people could give me some funny example questions which I could use in our company day out.
