Haeding for a spin tomorrow, was thinking about Three rock as its about the only decent spot i know of. Any other good trails around that General aera? any info would be greatly appriciated.:)

I was up there during the week, first time but brilliant trail there is also Djouce woods which you can pass on the way havent been there myself yet.
easily enough to get too probably 20 mins once you leave the m50.

there is tonnes of trails in 3 rock and djouce but finding them is the hard part

there is an easy spin going on in kindlestown tomorrow with a few lads from MAD
