iPhone MMS vodafone problem

I have jailbroken and unlocked my iPhone to the Vodafone network. It is working grand except I cannot send or receive mms messages. Whenever I send a picture, a red exclamation point appears the picture. When I tap on it I get a message saying that the message could not be sent and tap ''try again'' to sent again. I have entered the MMS settings which are over on the Mobiles & PDAs forum

    APN: mms.vodafone.ie
    Username: dublin
    Password: dublin
    MMSC: http://vodafone.ie/mms
    MMS Proxy 10.24.59.200

I could send MMS's with my old phone no problem so its not my vodafone profile. Has anyone any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks :)

HI Brian I have the same settings and I can receive mms messages but I cannot sent them. Vodafone tell me there should be no problems but they cannot support iphone problems. Anybody with a fix for this please let us know.

You are nearly there, these settings should work

    APN: mms.vodafone.net
    Username: dublin
    Password: dublin
    MMSC: http://www.vodafone.ie/mms
    MMS Proxy 10.24.59.200:80

A few other things to check:
    - When you go to Settings>Messages, is MMS Messaging set to "ON"
    - Those settings work ok on Vodafone billpay, I assume they are the same for prepay?
    - You are certain that you have the settings in exactly as above including port 80 at the end of "MMS Proxy 10.24.59.200:80"
    - Re-boot your iPhone after making the changes. When you go into messages and you start a new message, do you see the camera symbol at the left side of the text box?

Added port 80 to the end of the proxy, rebooted and can see the camera icon but still won't work

    This should be mms.vodafone.net

This should be www.vodafone.ie/mms, not just vodafone.ie/mms.
