Archos 605 - "Copy Protected Video File"

    Hi,

    I have been using my Archos 605 to create avi's for well over a year but today I have an error message on the files "Copy Protected Video File". I can now no longer view the avi's on m y laptop.

    Obviously this is copy protection like DRM but why did it kick in now? I did a file yesterday no problem then today I get the message?

    Is there a way around this??

    ** Just to clarify the avi's I create are from the camera attachment, so I dont understand why there is DRM protection involved as they are my avi's??

    Whatever the latest is, as I connected it last week to the web and it said my firmware was up-to-date!
