    Alright lads, Maybe one of ye works in ticketmaster.

    Either way this morning when buying script tickets my sister wasnt away doing crap or anything or i wont be dead if she doesnt get them. As everyone seems to be saying.

    I had approx 6 or less seconds left on the timer. Maybe less when i clickedp urchases. After i had to some reason create an account. ( again )

    It said i lost them, due to timer then couldn't find anymore

    Checked my dads thing, well he got an e-mail from g-mail

    Activation Details:
    Activation date: 17/07/09
    Merchant at which activation took place: Ticketmaster Ireland
    Amount of purchase: 126.00 EUR
    Login name: JOHN BLOGS ( icon_e_wink.gif )
    The service is now active for your MBNA Europe Bank credit card ending with: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1810

    tHATS what we got, nothing from ticketmaster however.

    Anyone think we have a claim as in. We want tickets not our money back. Me ma once found a bit of crude oil in a bag of tayto. Got us 100 Euro vouchers and 3 months worth of tayto icon_e_surprised.gif

    Any feedback welcome


    also got this from the 3D Secure thing

    Obv my dads name isnt blogs before anyone says it is just he didnt want me putting it here

    It looks like they took a payment. I think best thing to do in the morning is ring your 24hr bank and check for any transactions in the last 24hrs and see if they say ticketmaster took payment for tickets and if they confirm this then id ring Ticketmaster and let them know you are still waiting to get a confirmation e-mail for purchase of tickets and you confirmed with your bank that a payment of €126.00 was taken.

    Only one way to find out, ring them at 0818 903001. They're open Mon-Sat - 9:30 to 18:00.
