I'm asking on behalf of someone who has finished her degree, but is unhappy with the field and wants to do a degree in Psychology instead. She will be 22 in October, so she's not a mature student, and I just want to ask if it is too late now to apply for courses that start this year. Any help is greatly appreciated.
