Why not just download & print?

    http://www.tomgirling.co.uk/hobby/targets/A4_10m_Air_Pistol_Target.pdf

Also the Scatt software will print ISSF targets scaled to any reasonable range you want.

Just as cheap to buy the targets really. At around €50 a 1000 landed here, you'd be wasting your time patching them.

Better off using that time to train :D

Fifty euro per thousand? Where are you buying from, they're only 14 euro from kruger.com directly! (Buy the target centre one without numbering for training).

And they're so cheap, I don't think they even make target repair stickers for them.

Cheapest for Air Pistol I've seen on Krueger is €23.53/1000

By the time you've shipped them, you'd be getting towards the €50 mark as they're not that small. But depends on how many you're getting and what kind of postage rates. The last time I got them I think 1000 weighed 6Kg, so it's not that cheap to post.

The 24 euro ones are full-size targets, but you don't really need full-size targets after the first hundred shots or so. The center-only targets do just fine - they're actually more than just a centre, they go out to the 3 ring like so:

    3010.jpg

Costs less - 13.45 euro. Weighs less too, 3.645 kg for 1000.

The fullsize ones don't have anything else on the target that you'd need:

    3000.jpg

(and you can get those ones for a few euro less if you don't get the consecutive numbering which isn't much use for training - obviously, for matches it's a different story).

And if you really need fullsize, you can get a holder for the centre cards.

Yes they do. They have that nice 'approved by ISSF' logo on them. ;)

But good point, I'd seen those centres alright but I suppose if you're getting targets that might be used in competitions like postals you might need to have the full one.

I like the logo too, but not enough to pay twice the price for my training targets ;)
You're right though, for competititons, it's a whole other ball of wax, and we keep a stash of the fullsize ones for that.
