If only the Irish were more like that...

Ireland needs a good "Mai 68" to remind this government who they are here to serve (ie. not themselves but the Irish people and tax payers!). I'm sick of their cut-backs of death after only 6 months of recession! What happened to the trillions of €uros they made in the last 15 years?????

What happens when you leave an 11 year old in a shopping centre with €100 to last them for a month, & tell them to spend it wisely and keep some for a rainy day?

They blow it all on useless crap for themselves within 5 minutes.

Replace "€100" with trillions of euro, replace "shopping centre" with the Irish treasury and "11 year old" with bunch of thundering gobsh*tes masquerading as politicians, and you get the same result.
