    Hi my jobseekers benifet is due to run our in three weeks, i just got a letter today telling me and a form for jobseekers allowence, I was wondering do I just fill in the form and post it in or should I include any documents(it doesn't ask for any)

    No,unless they asked you to send back forms?Just fill out the form and send it back and they should send you out a letter then to tell you when your means test will be.

    Thanks for the reply, what exactly is a means test? This is my first time applying for the allowence I got the jobseekers benefit last year when I lost my job, I can't remember being means tested for it

    You were'nt means tested on it becuase it was based on the prsi contributions you payed in your job,you'll be means tested on what your parents income is (unless your over 25?)what saving you have,etc etc.
