Just a quick question, my driving instructor gave me a list of theory questions, and I think he mentioned something about a load of new signs or something that I need to know. Is my 2007 edition of the rules of the road obsolete?

The rules of the road have been obsolete for years, for instance stopping distances bear no relationship to reality.
