    Little OT, but has anyone used their 10-20 day shipping? What am I looking at, 30 days?

    No, you'll generally have it within a week of shipping, unless the package has a stopover in customs, which has been happening a fair bit (to me at least:() in the last few weeks.
    What I've found with them is that if you choose the standard option, it might take two days to be shipped, on the whole though I've found them to be excellent!

    Yeah, it appears you are talking about tracked stuff, AFAIK this is untracked. Never got any order/shipping conf. though the status is complete. Suppose I'll get it when I get it, wont have the stuff for Graywolf though...:(

    No, not only with the tracked stuff, I rarely use the express option (that's my idea of a spending cut!). I placed two orders last week on separate days, (Sun and Tue) both were shipped on the same day (Wed), the smaller order arrived yesterday and I can only presume our good friends in Customs and Excise have delayed the other one?

    Anyway apologies to OP for sidelining the thread! Best bet for contacting them seems to be a PM through the retailer section
