    Hi,

    Can anyone help please.

I have a 2nd hand Sky FTV card and its pin protected for Movies.

As the card is 2nd hand i cannot unlock the pin and the pin is definitely not unlocking with the last 4 digits on the card.

Any tips (without having to call sky :o) greatly appreciated.

Leave it in the freezer overnight then place it in a microwave oven on "defrost" for 30 seconds. Connect a 12v car battery charger to the gold contacts then immerse it in isopropyl alcohol for a day. I hope you didn't expect a serious answer. Of course a 9 year old child will unlock it in under a minute, as I discovered when I locked my Sky Digibox. So there's your answer. Just hand it to a 9 year old with instructions not to unlock it. The job will be done before you can make a cup of tea. :)

Bar ringing Sky, there isn't much you can do, apart from trying different combinations at random... (not ideal by any stretch).
