    Could be lots of things. Bad reception area. Wrong type of ariel. Ariel needs to be amplified. Poor quality cabling. Poor quality connectors. Badly assembled connectors. Poor or faulty tuner in your devices. Tuner tuned to incorrect transmitter.

    What's a NM2277BK? Is it a TV? Did you try looking for a manual for it on google?
