Im moving to Perlico from Bt for their latest offer of 3mb for €46 a month. have signed up online and received confirmation in post that line is going to be switched soon

Had a call from BT yesterday offering me 4 months half price and the mobile calls package on top of phone - to keep my business

just wondering if i were to stay with BT is it too late as ive already signed to Perlico?

anyways what BT is offering isnt quite matching Perlicos offer, but he is calling back today after i have a "think" about it, might see can i get some more offers/money off to make me stay

I believe if they have not yet transferred you to their service, you can avail of the 7 days from confirmation cooling off period in the Euopean Directive on Distance Selling.

if you already have broadband with BT, they should be able to block the transfer if you ask them to, they only have a week to block it though from the time the order is placed with Perlico, after that, it goes through automatically.
