I do not have a task bar nor can I pull up safe mode I can only get to internet thru backdoor of task manager. After the message comes up I hit delete and hit ctrl-alt-delete to get to task manager then help and support.. Is there any thing I can do to correct this. I do not turn off my computer or leave internet now. I do not have an installation disk. Is there an online correction program that will get me out of this mess. Computer repair people want $100 - 120 to fix I can buy rebuilt for less than that. Please, please help. Thanks
