    cheers , Will check out the Look pedals , I use a set of shamino SPD M520 on my MTB but looking for Road bike pedals

    If you are using SPDs on your MTB already and are not planning on racing just use SPDs on the road bike, they are absolutely fine. The only issue with them in my experience is they are more likely to disengage in a no holds barred sprint.

    and if you are racing and buying looks, keo sprints are supposed to have a higher release tension ! (sorry was just reading a website and thought it might be useful)
