    just a question,
    when changing ownership do u put the form as is in the letter box or
    does it need to go in a stamped envelope

    read the cert, it says FREEPOST on the address for the Dept of the environment :)

    stick it in an envelope.

    I would put it in an envelope and send it o the address mentioned on the form

    EDIT: I never seen the FREEPOST bit :mad: and I only posted it of this morning :(

    all correspondance to government departments is freepost AFAIK.
