hi all im not sure if this is in the right place but how and ever, i was just wondering has anyone ever bought any recording gear from www.dv247.com, they look reliable but i'd like another persons opinion as they are really cheap and are just over in the UK.

    thanks :D

Hi, yep Digital Village is A1.... when I used to live in London I used to only buy my stuff from the shop in Acton.

I've used them lots. They are very often cheaper than Thomann.

DV247 is great - i find it cheaper than thomann for most things i get for the studio. I still use the thomann website to browse gear but then buy it on DV247, thomann website is much better!

Someone was saying last night in the pub that DV's warranty is not as good as thomann's, but i havent had time to check that out, but maybe something to think about

I like DV and how they do business, they always ship and have great prices and they have the best website for gear. DV are easy to talk to on the phone and very helpful and supportive, they export to Ireland from their Birmingham department.

I like to buy in Ireland and support Irish business all the same.

I'd had problems with a large bit of kit from them... no problems picking it up (even though i'd brought from Bristol) - total refund, no messing about - good service.
