    Woody’s Bar, Mountrath will be holding an 80’s weekend to celebrate Childline’s 21st birthday celebrations! The weekend includes a table quiz, raffle, Charity Barman’s waxing night and fancy dress!!

    Friday, July 24 – 80’s Table Quiz and Raffle
    The first night of our 80’s weekend kicks off with a battle of wits, testing your knowledge of the decade of rubix cubes, tight jeans and hair metal!!

    Saturday, July 25 – Barman’s Waxing Night and 80’s Fancy Dress!!
    Dara Byrne, Wayne Sydes, Fionn Byrne and Gary Brophy are all putting their hair and dignity on the line to raise funds for Childline. The more money raised the more that gets waxed. Proprietor Dara Byrne has even agreed that if his sposorship sheets hit over €600 he will go all the way with a head shave!!
    The night is also an 80’s fancy dress night, with loads of spot prizes for best dressed and DJ Finn playing a best of the 80’s on the decks!!
