HELP. . looking for song title

    Hey,

    there is a song on the radio at the moment, it is also on a tv add but forget which,
    its a happy clean guitar uptempo one, all i can say the chorus starts with
    Girl!!! . . . . . . . . . .

    Sounds like a cross between snow patrol with Bell x 1 vocals, and there's a part in it thats very like REM...
    Any help appreciated Thanks. .
