    Im going to florida and i priced the iphone there, works out at 142 euro.. is this the same phone as the one on sale here and can i get it unlocked there for my 087?

    Its not available unlocked from AT&T, you will need to sign up for a contract.

    I actually thought they were selling it without a contract now, but can I find the damn link? No. :)

    Anyway, the €142 you quote above is the contract price. It is probably around the $500-$600 mark without contract.

    it is $599 for 16gig version of 3G S for a non contract version - still locked to AT&T though.
    and it's $699 for the 32gig version of the 3G S.

    these can only be bought in AT&T outlets and not apple stores. they will only sell one to you if all pre-orders for the phone have been fulfilled.

    they still need jailbreak and unlock.
