Just did a quick search and found this http://www.inta.ie/clubs/tallaght_taekwon_do_school/ Don't know anything about them but perhaps some of the TKD people on here will have some more info.

    Not taekwondo, but Shotokan:

    Westpark Fitness
    Greenhills Road
    Tallaght

Not sure if that's any good to you. However, I must say that the standard of karate taught is top notch. As far as I know, the instructor there is Dermot O'Keeffe Sensei, but other Japan Karate Shotorenmei (JKS) instructors may be teaching there as well.
I train in Dermot Sensei's dojo in Swords, and I have no complaints.

You should contact Dermot Sensei at dermot [at] hokubudojo.com for the exact details.

It sounds as if Capoeira might be what you are looking for. Here's the Google search for clubs in Dublin - http://www.google.ie/search?q=capoeira+dublin&hl=en&cr=countryIE&start=0&sa=N

And in case you don't know what Capoeira is, here's a quick highlight. www.youtube.com/watch?v=pG0uYjcjBR8

    no Furios_Dave
i know what capoeira is,its not it
it looks something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLsWMoRHAzA

the guy doing them moves says wushu and taekwondo will help alot with tricking

Oh I know what XMA is. And to be honest it seems like a re-labeling of Capoeira by someone who wanted to make a name for themselves, and of course money. I didn't mean that you were probably thinking of Capoeira, I meant that Capoeira would be better for XMA than TaeKwon Do, as it already has all the acrobatics.

well im willing to learn capoeira too,XMA is similiar to it.
i dont think theres any capoeira classes in dublin

I could self teach myself but theres nothing like a real life mentor.also
to practice this ill need a gymnastics gym to practice flipping

    oh great advice and links
im very sure most of them will work, so i will have a look at their website and see if we can arrange somthing.
    in the meantime
is there any open gymnastics gyms near here?
i dont mind it being in the city centre, firhouse, lucan or old bawn.
i want the open gymnastics gyms to practice gainers and flips without gettin hurt alot..
i could do it on grass but i did a b-twist and injured my knee before.
dont want that to happen again.

    so Open gymnastics gyms anyone?

To expand on what unreggd said, RITA Taekwon-Do Schools in Dublin 24:

    St Marks:
St. Marks Community School, Fortunestown Lane
    Monday 7.00pm - 9.00pm
    Thursday: 7.00pm - 8.00pm
    Sunday: 11.00am - 1.00pm

The head coach is a hugely dedicated woman and really does expect her students to put in as much effort, which is probably the reason that so many of this school's members have gone on to compete internationally and become European and World Champions.

    Old Bawn:
St. Maelruans Junior School, Old Bawn
    Mondays 7.00pm - 9.00pm
    Thursdays 7.00pm - 9.00pm

Head coach is the current RITA National Coach. I've never trained with him, but have been told he is great.

    Firhouse
Firhouse Community School, Sports Hall, Firhouse Rd
    Monday 7:00-9:00pm
    Wednesday 7:00-9:00pm
    Friday 4.30-6:00pm
