Complaint about poor Road Works

Has anyone noticed the state the road and bike was left in outside the bookies on Upper Shurch Street in Dublin. There was some road works done and when they finished they left a bit of a crater with uneven tarmac and stones sticking out. If someone hit it at speed it could do some serious damage. Which area of Dublin City…
