AIB current account

My wages go into my current account and I save money each month. I have a couple of grand built up. I'm wondering where I should keep the money. Should I open another account in AIB, and what type? And what's the easiest way to transfer the money I save?

    Thanks

AIB have a regular saver account paying 3.5% interest - you can put up to 300 a month into that. They also have a 7 day notice account paying 3.25% on deposits upto 10k
You will get better rates elsewhere - see
