There's been a good few threads here about repairing hurls but nobody mentioned anything about the bands. I was just wondering what sort of nails or tacks to use for the bands, and would you want to drill a narrow guide first? I'd be afraid of splitting the bas. The hurl I have at the moment (before I split it) dried out a lot since I got it and the band was gone loose, nails kept coming out of the damn thing.
