    Hi, up until now i have been using a 3 wood off all the tees and hittin them around the 180-190 yard mark but now i think it is time to start using a driver can anyone tell me what would be the best driver for? me i play off 22

    I know you've probably read this before but you really cant beat going to a shop and trying a lot of them. I find the Ping Rapture V2 terrific, i'm sure there are others that cant hit it out of their way. There's literally hundreds of drivers out there, I suggest going up to somewhere like McGuirk's in blanchardstown where you can try out a lot of different drivers and see which you hit best.

    Also when you get there, if you don't find one you hit well, don't buy. You don't have to use a driver from the Tee Box. Plenty of players get on just fine using a 3wood from the tee box.

    Try as many brands as possible, and what would work for me might not work for you. Be sure to get a shaft to match you and your swing speed at the time of purchase and if you find one that works for you and your happy thats all that matters. My choice is Taylor made and not this years model either. happy shopping.
