    Hello,

need a favour from anyone that can help,
I recently bought an ares tavor and on the first skirmish the hop-up wheel has gone "MISSING", dont know whether it was damaged or just fell out.

Does anyone know where a replacement can be found and pending that is there any other way of adjusting the hop-up without it.

There is just a screw there now so maybe sound work with plyers may help.

Any advice is greatly appreciated as i really love this AEG.

    P.S Please stay on topic...:p:p

standard m16/m4 unit hop up wheels will fit without issue

if the screw is just left would say the wheel was damaged as it must have brock at least in half, are the parts rattling around body? unless the bolt cover was pulled back the bits should still be there

    no rattle
    no parts...
    just gone..

    strange and very annoying.

Just pop back to the lads at hobbyairsoft - there's spares ones available I'd imagine. I spoke to Marcus and he thought you had it replaced already. Give the lads a shout and it will be sorted straight away. From when I saw it at the team training - it looked simply like the screw was loose and the wheel just popped off. That said - it was missing before you even used it if I remember right. (Obviously wasnt in the body I assume so...)

Best give the guys a ring and make sure they have the parts ok. Like Puding said - any M4 hopup wheel and screw/washer should do ok.

Give em a call and make sure either Matieck or Marcus is there to help and that they have the bits first.

cplcummins, can you drop into us and we can have a look. If it's just the hopup wheel, it's an easy fix and we can replace it for you.

Just out of curiosity, did you even bother trying to contact one of us in Hobbyairsoft???

    cheers,
    Marcus
