I see Collector Airsoft have the Smith and Wesson version of the Carl Gustaf that was used by the Irish army.

It's externally powered so I don't know that it's legal here... depends on the regulator that you use I guess but a nice piece for a collector all the same.

If I wasn't paying for my trashed motor vehicles I'd be all over it (pending it's legality).

I want a Carl Gustav its High on my list of wants.

No feckin good though if we cant import anymore though.
For me if I ever get one it needs to match what I actually
used in the good ol FCA days and look closer to this:

And then a Bren MKIII, BAP, and enfield to complete the set.

Well as the S&W copy I knew it would not be the exact same but I figured that those wooden grips could be made by anyone such was the simpleness of the thing. Not sure that you could relocate the rear sights as easy.

Fair few differences, the barrel nut is different, the hinge point of the stock, the rear sights... etc. but it's closest offering out there at the moment.

I need to sell some organs...

The FN FAL & Gustaf were always high on my wish list. I'm not going to pay big bucks for something which doesn't match the real thing (i.e. versions the DF used) though.

Oh the thing is Crude, Ugly, Horrific, but its got a lot
of sentimental value for poeple in the Army or the reserves
that may have used it years ago.
