Done a search but can't find much information on it, but like the nokia phones and the smart phones, is there a way to change the themes on the Iphones? theres a few places on the web to download themes and that, but some look a bit dodge, would rather go somewhere from a recommendation.

You would need to jailbreak your iphone for any themes.

I have cydia installed yeah but dont use it often, am i right in thinking that i'll find some in there?

also are they difficult to remove once they've been installed? like.. is it easy to revert back to my normal theme

yep thats where you will find them under the themes section, depending on which sources your connected to. Very easy to install and remove using either winterboard or springboard

ya but first you need to download WINTERBOARD this is the manager for themes etc, just search cydia
once installed, look throughout cydia again , for complete themes, etc countless to be found
when you download a theme, simply go to winterboard, select desired theme, press home button, theme will load, to change or revert, simply go back to winterboard an deselect the theme, couldn't be any easier
now there was a time few weeks back there were some compatibility issues with winterboard and latest 3.0 software, I don't know what the story is now tho, maybe someone can answer that
