The one I like (€400)

Does anyone haev experience of the brands/models. Spent the past week looking and worse now than when I started

if its a mtb type bike then id go with the Giant FCR 4 €499.00

and if its a road bike id go with Giant Defy 4 €549.00

The ridgeback link you gave brings me to the Supernova, which is a good deal more than 400 euro.

I have the Ridgeback Element. I have to say I'm really happy with it - very secure feeling on it, not harsh at the back like some frames, very smooth shifting and wheels that have stayed perfectly true. Even the brake cables feel thicker and smoother than usual. I have never felt brakes as smooth and reliable as these. And the tyres are Continental Contact - they could have put on cheaper tyres.

Is it the Velocity for 400? Where?
