not quite up there with last weekends showcase but just in case people didnt know, ultimate challenge uk (pretty much cage rage after the elite xc implosion as the name is being contested legally) is on sky tomorrow (wed) @ 10pm - it more resembles an old contenders show in talent terms but their show on sat was meant to have been pretty good

Kickboxing dressed up as MMA with really bad officiating. Awful production too.

there were two k-1 style fights shown out of i think 7 (this is often done on uk shows - the ikes of cage rage, pain & glory/seni event etc)

grant waterman is a very good ref - tried and tested - and while at times he was giving fighters every opertunity to continue he was repeatedly shown to be right as very often the actual strikes were doing little damage in all but one occasion

im not sure what you are refering to production wise - the level of production and professional quality of the broadcast was extremly high imo - it still retains a bit too much of the cheesines of cage rage, if thats what your refering to

i'm not sure what you were wxpecting but for the level of show it was, there was little to complain about - its a local show so dont be expecting too much of it or camparing it talent wise to cage rages hey day of cage rage7 to 16

It had all the cheesiness of cage rage bar the sleazy announcer.

Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.
