Fridge/freezer problem

Hi, I have a Hoover fridge/freezer, 9 years old. The frost free freezer is freezing up, the setting is between 1 and 2 which keeps the fridge at around 40 degrees, there's no seperate setting for the freezer. Neither the fridge nor the freezer are over full, there is at least 10cm space behind the appliance for air to circulate and it is not built in.

My question is, is this likely to be repairable and if so will it be worth it or am I better off buying a new appliance?

Thanks in advance for your time.
