Urinary tress incontinence

This has started happening recently since she was attacked (about 4 weeks ago now) and it only happens in other people's houses. Which isn't ideal!!! We brought her to the vet, who reckons it's stress alright, but he has given her a course of antibiotics anyway. And we've been given some 'kalm aid' which she hates the flavour of.

Has anyone had any experience with this? Have you tried some kind of positive reinforcement training? She doesn't seem to notice that she's doing it.

She's a neutered female about 4 years old (we're not sure)
