Hi there, I've dismantled my Inspiron 1300 LCD screen from the laptop, and I want to fit it into something else. Essentially all I wanted to do was turn the screen around 180 degrees, like those table top laptops can do, so as the screen is facing up out of the laptop.

I am literally inches away from being able to do it, alas those few inches are completely stopping me in my tracks.

I have included screenies of the cable in question, hoping that one of ye board genius might know of an extender cable part for it, or how to diy extend the cable.
