TK MAXX - management take it or keep looking?

    I am thinking to get a job in TK Maxx as manager.
    I have lots of experience and i'm well educated (MBS) and i don't know if this is really the deal they are saying they are.
    They are presenting the story very good and nice but is it really?
    if you are working, or worked in Tk Maxx can you share some insights?
