Can the administrators/personal representitives of a family estate claim for out of pocket expenses/travel expenses for their work during the administration?

    Thanks

A family estate? There are administrators/ personal representatives of an individual's estate. Is that what you mean?

    Sorry for not being clearer...
The 2 people who have dealt with all aspects of the administration of the family estate with the solicitor, are we entitled to claim for expenses?

    Thanks

I am still not clear. Are you talking about an individual who has died leaving an estate to a family?

dazgib, sorry for your loss, but part of the answer revolves around how many people have died.
