Are all Garmin features usable in Ireland?

I'm new to sat-nav's and I have decided to get a Garmin. The thing I need to know is- do all the features on the mid to high end models work in Ireland? e.g. City Explorer Picture you destination Traffic updates Thanks

Traffic updates aren't anyway, I never bothered with any of the others, but I can't see why Picture your destination wouldn't, I think there's actually a couple of pics from the republic on the the website.
