Copyright - photos but providing them for "free"

    If you take a photo of say a Coca-Cola can and then upload that to your website and allow people to download that photo for free - but on the site is also an option to DONATE to if you find any of the photos useful for WHATEVER reason they choose...would that be infringing on copyright and seen as me making money off others products?

    Also, say you gave the Coke photos for free but then had your own photos of say landscapes that you charged for...would it been seen that you are using Coke photos for free to get people to the site to make money? So in a round about way still breaching copyright?
