My brother is applying for the affordable housing scheme at the moment. The council have requested that he submit an (1)AutoCAD digital floorplan of the apartment in question (2) Digital maps of associated rights of way, car spaces, access etc of the apartment which he is hoping to buy. My brother is applying for the affordable housing scheme at the moment. This is in Cork City. Any idea of who he would approach to provide such a service ? Thanks.

Council should have it themselves, this sort of info would have been part of planning permission for the development!
