    Arkan and his paramilitary force The Tigers was active in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo and without doubt was a war criminal. In the end though he paid for his crimes.

    Arkan was scumbag pure and simple. he had no honour and was a war criminal . if you want to see what type of a person he was you only have to look at the type of people who worship him . the best example is johnny (mad dog) adair and his band of drug dealing murderers.

    On of the biggest gangsters during and after the war, Arkan was ruthless during. He was a killman of the secret Yougoslav police who carried out executions of political emigrants throughout Europe. He figured on the most wanted interpols list in 1970-80's
