Recieving grines or tuition for engineering mechanics??

Hi I am a first year student doing manufacturing engineering. I have to repeat 2 modules this year; fluid mechanics 1 and engineering mechanics 2. If anyone knows where i can get any type of tuition or grinds id love it cos i'm badly stuck....I'm willing to pay for any help if people are willing!! Cheers:)
