Pay-as-you-go gym/fitness centre in Kilkenny?

Hi just wondering if there are any gyms or sports centres in Kilkenny that you can just pay each time you go. In Dublin they have Corporation ones which usually have a pool and gym attached. Is there anything like this in Kilkenny?

yeah the watershed - think it's like 9 euro for gym and pool if you pay each time.

It looks like I will be moving home for the foreseeable future, and am going to need a gym in order to stay sane I used to be a member in the Ormonde, but I cannot find their pricing list on line. Does anybody know what it is?
