Waterford Poker Pro nicnicnic from boards is running well at the WSOP (World Series of Poker) and has justed cashed , Ok there still over 600 players left in the tournament but still think its a very good show considering the tournament started with over 6000 players . Well done Nicky and hope the run keeps going over the next few days.

    fair play to him,

People who don't follow poker won't realise how much of a big deal thay is. Hope he has a deep run!! An irish champ let alone a waterford one would give a big lift in these times.

Nicky has now made it to day 5 and is one of 407 players remaining. He gives regular updates on the thread above.

Well done to Nicky, however, he may not have a venue to play in Waterford with the application for the relocated poker club been appealed to the Board by Brendan McCann and Councillor Davy Walsh (Workers Party).
