sky+ remote not working

    hi
    i have a sky+ box with sky+ remote code
    URC 1651-00R01
    3RC32B-1163 SKY+ REV.8R

    the remote suddenly stopped working
    i changed the batteries but still no use.
    the leds are not blinking whatever i press.

    thankfully i have a old sky remote which is currently being used
    but still i need my sky+ remote back in action

    any help?

    How long have you had the Sky+ box...if it is under 12 months you might be able to get a replacement remote...if not you might have to buy a new one sadly

    This is getting weird, our remote just stop working about 5 days ago.
    We rang Sky because we only got Sky+ last July, and because it's under 12 month warranty they are sending out a new remote to us.
    They couldn't explain why it just stopped working, then again I was on to the Cork call centre. :D

    My old normal Sky remote won't work with my Sky+ box.
    Do I have to enter a remote code somewhere?
