My brother wants to go to canada next week from london to canada. And wants me to pay for tickets with my credit card. I went through the process and at the end was a little note saying that the owner of the credit card must be present with id when picking up tickets. And picking up tickets at the desk in london.

Has anyone ever came across this? The owner of the credit card must be present. Its not possible for me to go to london. To take a day of from work just be present with id in london.

    Do these things matter?

Thanks. Ya i figured it was for security reasons. Its not really possible for me to go over. Im not really loaded like that. It makes very little sense considering im not flying anywhere.
Would he be able to book tickets at a travel agents on monday morning instead?

Sorry for the questions, i don't fly much.

No problem.Im not sure how it works with the travel agent but i think yes it is easier.Would also be better if you got HIM to book the tickets himself.
