Manuscript paper?

Anyone here use manuscript paper when they're writing? I just started notating my stuff properly on staves, and it really helps. Being able to see it like that immediately helps you see how might develop ideas, and it's much easier to relate different voices to each other. But sometimes it's difficult to write, because my stuff isn't necessarily in very easy-to-write keys, and syncopated rhythms are sorta difficult for me. I've never done theory classes or anything, so I'm learning as I go.

Does anyone do it this way? Any tips or pointers or things worth discussing?
